The eldest son of Jausserande and Mintiper Moonsilver, Donovan is her second son and Prince of RoseHaven.

Donovan Alexi Moonsilver is like his older sister Ysabeau a dhampir. Unlike Ysabeau his dhampir features are not subtle, though unlike their sister Collette Zayelle, Princess of Lissenen, he has all of the benefits and none of the drawbacks of their parentage. The speed and grace of both his Ithil'Quessir mother and his vampire father are his, making his swordwork a thing to behold. Much like his father Mintiper in his features, his stunning emerald swirled with silver eyes set him apart from his father, as well as the shock of blonde curls that sweep back from his forehead and into his sable locks.

As the Prince of RoseHaven he has vowed to uphold the laws of the land and her peoples, protecting those that are defenseless and supporting his older brother, the High King of Oreitheldarin.

Donovan is the proud adopted father of Sasha Moonsilver, proud birth father of Donovan Alexi II, and proud husband of Kua "Dove" Moonsilver.
