Lissenen is the city in Oreitheldarin in which most of the younger 'Quessir who came from Faerun, Toril and other elven heavy lands have settled upon completing their journey here. Some came because the more metropolitan mix of races in RoseHaven intimidated them who were unused to contact with more than a handful of Edan, and some came because in their past dealings with humans they had been mistreated or otherwise left with negative impressions.

Lissenen is famous for its gardens and agricultural leanings, it is a pastoral city and blends in well with nature as one would expect from a city planned and restored by Elves.

Princess Collette Moonsilver-Rhenvana holds a residence in Lissenen, the original Shadow Fall Manor, though she is rarely seen in the city as most of her time is spent in the closed Territory of Sogno Grigio.

Trade from Lissenen consists mostly of produce, grains, and flowers, all easily moved to RoseHaven via the King's Road or the River.

Visitors to Lissenen are greeted warmly despite the unease of many of the inhabitants when dealing with strangers. There have been enough merchants who have had good experiences with the others who share the land of Oreitheldarin to have eased the paranoia that existed here originally.
